Captain Adam Morris has led more than 120 charters across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Pacific, blending professionalism with a love of adventure. A certified RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and ASA Sailing Instructor, he’s known for his calm leadership, strong technical expertise, and dedication to creating seamless, guest-focused voyages.
With a background in mechanical engineering at Rolls-Royce Defense, Adam brings precision, safety, and reliability to every journey. Alongside his fiancée and chef partner, he specializes in bespoke charters that balance luxury with exploration — from relaxed, family getaways to active sailing adventures.

Born in Arizona and of Puerto Rican heritage, Chef Jelly Velazquez brings global flavor and warmth to every meal at sea. Trained at the Super Yacht Culinary Academy in South Africa, she’s delivered 90+ luxury charters worldwide, crafting vibrant menus inspired by Mediterranean and Latin cuisine.
Jelly is known for her creativity, attention to dietary detail, and fresh, locally sourced ingredients — even in the most remote islands. A passionate traveler, diver, and yogi, she infuses wellness and joy into her cooking, turning every meal into a connection between people, culture, and adventure.
